The Bank is always open if you're registered for our touchtone service. You can call from a touchtone
phone from anywhere in New Zealand or overseas to:

Order statements, cheque books and deposit books, and change automatic payments.
You can call from your home or office, or even a phone box or mobile phone while you're travelling. You can
also call from overseas.

You need your customer number which is printed on your Cashpoint card, and a 5-digit personal identification
number (PIN). You select this PIN when you first call to register for touchtone phone banking.
Please note that this service is available only for single signatory accounts.
