I can't log on to DirectDeal - What's wrong?

If you are having problems logging on to DirectDeal you may receive the following error message:

• Error Message  "Invalid combination of customer username and passcode"

  Check your caps lock key - remember usernames and passcodes are case sensitive.

  Please ensure that you have keyed in both your username and passcode correctly.
