Getting up and running
If you are already registered for our Online Banking, simply download the
National Bank iBank application then call us to get enabled on 0800 49 50
51 (Personal Customers), or 0800 69 62 69 (Business/rural customers).
Please call +64 4 473 9880 if you are calling from outside New Zealand. Please note,
you will have to meet the cost of the international call.
Are there any extra fees?
There is no monthly access fee for using Online Banking for your iPhone or iPod
touch.
Requirements
In order to use National Bank iBank you will need either a 3G enabled iPhone with
iOS 4.0 software (or greater), or an iPod touch with iOS 4.0 software (or greater),
or an iPad with iOS 3.2 software (or greater) that is enabled for wireless Internet
connection ("Mobile Device").
