Cashmanager RURAL
Now you can spend less time doing your accounts, and more time out on the farm.
The National Bank has worked with New Zealand’s leading rural
accounting software provider,
CRS Software Ltd
(Masterton),
to create a direct link between their Cashmanager RURAL product and
National Bank Online Banking.
What are the benefits?
This unique link means significant time savings and less room for error when you’re doing
your accounts. Here’s how:

You can now log on directly to Online Banking from within your accounting package. You don’t have
to spend time switching between packages.

You can import transactions directly from Online Banking into Cashmanager RURAL. You can apply your own
codes or use the keywords auto-coding tool. It’s significantly faster than
entering transactions manually – and there’s less room for error.

You can access all your account balances from within your accounting package – which also saves you
time.

Access to your account balances and transactions is faster via Cashmanager RURAL
than normal Online Banking web pages.

Once you’ve downloaded your banking information, you can work
offline – so you can minimise the time you need to be online.
What do you need?
You’ll need access to Cashmanager RURAL version 3.5 or higher, and access to National Bank
Online Banking. To run Cashmanager RURAL you need a minimum of Windows XP, with 1024x768 resolution,
500 RAM
and an inkjet or laser printer.
What does it cost?
Cashmanager RURAL costs $50 + GST per month per database (cashbook) or $500 per
year. That includes
12 months unlimited free 0800 help line support and entitles you
to any upgrades released in the first 12 months.
If you have an earlier version of Cashmanager RURAL than version 3.5, you’ll need an
upgrade package, which costs $50 + GST per month per database or $400 for the
first year, if paid in advance.
The access fee for Online Banking via the integrated CA$Hmanager Rural package is $2.50 per month
(normal transaction fees apply).
